It may sound funny but yes, electronic cigarette does exist! Personally like many other non-smoking individuals it is the very first time i heard about it. I don't know exactly what's the difference between smoking an ordinary cigarette compared to this new product. But one thing i am sure about is that both of them contains nicotine and that it should be consumed with moderation.
