Food Trip Friday # 30

* Saucisse de Morteau aux lentilles *

Morteau sausage is a traditional smoked sausage and one of the authentic regional French specialty of Morteau in the Franche-Comté region. The sausage are smoked in pyramidal chimneys, called "tuyés" for at least 48 hours. "Saucisse de Morteau" are guaranteed by the IGP label, which denotes their quality, origin and method of preparation.

Saucisse de Morteau is best served with potatoes, green salads or lentilles vertes.. yummy!! It is one of my family's favorite dish during autumn and winter season.
Okidoki, until next entry. Gotta go now and find a fat burner products to try out. Have a nice weekend to all:)
