easiest way to lose weight

I had a long chat with my friend over the phone. Although she and her family lived at about an hour drive from our place but we didn’t see each other more often because she’s a working mom. So everytime we got the chance to sit down and talked it always lasted for hours.. good thing we both have unlimited landline calls which is great!
This bff of mine is very much particular when it comes to health issues. She's not that big but she's eager to lose weight by taking weight loss pills:)
