Sinigang na isda
..is one of the food I miss in the Philippines. Living near the seafront back home is a big advantage for us, we always had fresh fish everyday delivered at our doorstep. Back here in France "poisson frais" is difficult to find not unless you're living near the Méditerranée which is about 900 kms from our place. So, no choice for me except to deal with poisson surgelés. lol* Here for my sinigang, I used royal bream.. it tastes good naman kaya ok na rin:)
